Deep Hollow Guest & Cattle Ranch at Third House  
Built in Montauk, The 1747 house was rebuilt in the 1800s and became a restaurant in the 1950s. The house was used by Teddy Roosevelt while his troops recuperated after the Spanish-American War in 1898. View an exhibit on the war.

Mail Order House  
Also called Eastville Heritage House, the 1-story restored Sears-Roebuck Mail Order House has letters, journals, photos, furniture and other items since the 1800s. Exhibits rotate twice a year. operated by the Eastville Community Historical Society.

Manhanset Chapel Museum  
An 1890 Gothic chapel is from the Manhanset House hotel. It features the exhibit "People of the Dancing Meadow" and hands-on children's activities.

Montauk Point Lighthouse Museum  
George Washington ordered the construction of this famous first lighthouse in New York state standing on a bluff & marking the easternmost point of LI. Montauk Historical Society maintains this lighthouse while the US Coast Guard operates the light & foghorn. $6, seniors $3.50, children $2.50. Gift shop.
